Subject to your plan and payment status, VDocs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with product documentation and applicable license terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with system integrity, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws while using VDocs.

5. Billing and Refunds

Pricing, billing cycles, and refund eligibility are governed by the plan terms shown at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VDocs disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
