5. Billing and Refunds
Pricing, billing cycles, and refund eligibility are governed by the plan terms shown at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VDocs disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
