Represents a named collection of formatting resources (fills, lines and effects) that can be applied together as a coherent style palette.

groups visual resources used by themes and elements: fill styles for shapes and backgrounds, outline/line styles and effect presets. Consumers should treat the lists as the authoritative source for the scheme's visual assets. Lists may be empty when no entries are defined.
